With reference to Mr. Calder's letter of the

18th June 1932 (92663/32), I have to inform you that the

Selection Committee at their meeting on the 28th July

decided to recommend Miss Mary Walker Roger for

appointment as Physical Training Mistress in the Hong Kong

Education Department. If, for any reason it is not found

possible to appoint Miss Roger, the Committee desire to

recommend Miss Mary Dolman. Particulars of the

qualifications and experience of these Candidates will be

found in the accompanying papers.

The Selection Committee were assisted on this

occasion by Mr.A.J.Mayhew and Mr.N.L.Smith, Director of

Education, Hong Kong, who agreed with the above

recommendations.
